You can make changes to a reservation through our web site. Also, if you need to talk to someone concerning a reservation or just need help, you can call 1 300 72 70 72 during Sydney Business Hours.
What is included in your rates?
Prices include GST and are quoted in Australian Dollars and all advertised rates are per room per night unless otherwise stated.
Are the rates on your site per person or per room per night?
All the rates quoted on our site are PER ROOM for the duration of the WHOLE STAY requested. All prices include service and local taxes.
Does anyone ever pay the Full Rate?
They certainly do in busy times when accommodation is at a premium.
Can you tell me if there are non-smoking rooms available in a particular hotel?
On the hotels features page it shows you whether or not the hotel offers non-smoking rooms.
Can you tell me if a room is available on any particular day?
When you place a booking with us online availability is shown for the night that you have chosen.
I'm looking for pictures of the hotels, where are they?
On each hotel page there is a Hotel Icon, this leads you to a page of thumbnails that can be clicked on for a larger view.
How do I book if I do not have a credit card?
Bookings can only be accepted with a valid credit card to secure the reservation.
Which credit cards are accepted?
Currently we accept Visa & MasterCard.
Which credit cards are accepted by the hotel?
All major credit cards are accepted, unless otherwise stated (e.g. American Express is not accepted at most budget hotels)
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel any reservation without penalty 72 hours (3 days) prior to your arrival date. Otherwise the hotel is entitled to charge a 1-night penalty fee for cancellations WITHIN 72 hours (3 days) before arrival date. This is at the discretion of the hotel concerned
What should I do if I have a question about a past reservation?
(cancels, credits, etc.) Specific cancel penalties vary by property. Please check the Cancellation Policy under the property's information on the web site.
What is Continental and English breakfast?
Continental- Cold breakfast including: cereals, fruit, bread (toast), juices, tea & coffee, cold meats
Full English - Cooked breakfast including: bacon, eggs, tomatoes, baked beans, toast, mushrooms, juices, tea & coffee
Do children receive discounted rates?
The policy regarding child reductions varies from hotel to hotel. Where these discounts apply, they are passed on to you. This can be verified on the hotel booking detail screen where the booking total is confirmed prior to payment being taken.
Can I check in earlier than the check in time?
Subject to availability on the day of arrival, all depends on how many rooms are taken from the night before.
Can I leave my bags at the hotel?
Yes, you can leave your luggage with reception until your room is ready. Some hotels will also store your luggage for several days. There may be a small charge for this.
Can I check out later than the check-out time?
Some hotels allow this, subject to availability and usually without charge until midday. However most will charge for this should this extend past midday.
